Speed888 Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Betting Platform Rules

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", or "You") and Speed888 ("Platform", "We", "Speed888"). By registering, accessing, or using any part of the Speed888 platform accessible at speed888.ws, you fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms.

For the purposes of this document, the following terms shall have the meanings as stated:

• "Rollover" – refers to the wagering turnover requirement that must be met before winnings derived from a bonus can be withdrawn.

Use of the Speed888 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Aged 18 years and above on the date of registration. No exceptions will be made regardless of the reason.
• Refers to an individual who voluntarily chooses to participate in online betting or gaming.
• Not listed on any self-exclusion register of a recognised gambling platform.
• Not acting as an agent or representative of any third party in placing bets or using the Speed888 platform.
• Not using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful activity.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) registered account at Speed888 at any one time. Registration is free and can be completed in under two minutes.

• You must provide information that is accurate, complete, and up to date during registration, including your full name, phone number, and a valid email address.
• The name on your Speed888 account must match the name on the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits and withdrawals.
• Speed888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC), such as a copy of your Malaysian identification card, at any time — particularly before processing large withdrawals.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Do not share this information with anyone.
• Any suspicious activity detected on your account must be reported to the Speed888 support team immediately.

Speed888 offers a wide range of popular payment methods suited for Malaysian users. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

• The name of the bank account or e-wallet holder used for withdrawals must match under the name registered on the Speed888 account.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawal requests below this minimum will not be processed.
• Speed888 reserves the right to request KYC verification before processing withdrawals exceeding RM5,000 in a single day.
• Deposits made through third parties or using another person's name are strictly prohibited.
• Speed888 is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider during the deposit or withdrawal process.

Speed888 offers a variety of attractive bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once by each new member registering for the first time.
• All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements that must be met before any withdrawal is permitted. Rollover conditions are clearly stated in the terms of each promotion.
• Speed888 reserves the right to void any bonus where there are signs of abuse, including arbitrage betting (arbing), hedging, or the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses.
• Weekly rebate and cashback bonuses are automatically credited every Monday or Sunday (depending on the bonus type) and are valid for 7 days from the date of credit.
• Speed888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without first meeting the rollover requirements.

Betting at Speed888 covers a wide range of categories, including football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga, Champions League), e-sports, badminton, Live Casino (blackjack, baccarat), and slots. General betting rules are as follows:

• All confirmed bets are final and cannot be voided except under specified circumstances such as match cancellation or a recognised system failure.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game type, league, and market. These limits are displayed next to each betting option within the platform.
• In the event that a football match or sporting event is cancelled or postponed for more than 48 hours, all related bets will be refunded to the member's account balance.
• In the event of a technical error or where displayed odds are clearly incorrect (obvious error), Speed888 reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the stake.
• Bets placed on live matches (in-play/live betting) are subject to odds verification at the time the bet is received by the system, not at the time it is submitted by the player.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and/or legal action:

• Registering or using more than one account to evade detection or claim multiple bonuses.
• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or third-party tools to play or place bets.
• Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any suspicious financial transactions through the Speed888 platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit system vulnerabilities (chip dumping).
• Using a credit or debit card that is not yours to make a deposit without the cardholder's authorisation.
• Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the technical infrastructure of the Speed888 platform.

Speed888 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Instructions from legal authorities or relevant regulatory bodies.
• A voluntary request by the member themselves to close their account.

In the event of account closure due to a Terms violation, Speed888 reserves the right to forfeit all account balances, including any pending winnings and bonuses.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Speed888 shall not be held liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred by a member as a result of betting or gaming on our platform.
• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
• Unauthorised access to a member's account resulting from the member's failure to keep their login credentials confidential.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Speed888 platform.

Speed888 reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this platform.

• Your continued use of the Speed888 platform after any amendments are published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
